5. Project Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:
  • Weather conditions
  • Material shortages
  • Acts of God
  • Government inspections or permitting delays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed completion dates.

6. Permits & Compliance

When required, permits will be obtained in accordance with local building codes. The property owner agrees to provide access for inspections and approvals as necessary.

7. Property Access & Site Conditions

The customer agrees to:
  • Provide safe access to the property
  • Remove vehicles, fragile items, and valuables from work areas
  • Clear driveway and perimeter of home
  • Notify Company of any known hazards
We are not responsible for damage to improperly secured items or pre-existing structural defects.

8. Limited Warranty

Warranty terms will be specified in writing and may include:
  • Manufacturer material warranties
  • Workmanship warranty provided by Any Level Roofing
Warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by severe weather beyond design standards
  • Improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Acts of third parties
Warranty is void if full payment is not received.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • Any Level Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
